As soon as he laid eyes on Skarlet, Erron's hat was off and his Adam's apple bobbed as he swallowed before smiling widely.

He reached for her hand to kiss the back of it.

"My, my...lovely as ever. You shine up like a new penny."

He released her hand and replaced his hat. His eyes had a pleased, genuine sparkled to them that Skarlet was sure to notice. He'd seen her in bloodied battle clothes, nothing at all, and casual wear, but Skarlet always managed to take his breathe away no matter what. He offered her his arm.
